Odysseus and Polyphemus

Odysseus and Polyphemus' story is all about Odysseus and his men were they got into the land of the Cyclopes. Odysseus' men found themselves looking for an adventure and looking for the Cyclopes people talk about. they quickly reached the cave where people says that where the Cyclopes is. but when they found the cave they didn't found the Cyclopes inside it. So they waited for the Cyclopes to show up. And then the Cyclopes showed up tossing the burden of dry wood for him to use for supper. As the Cyclopes come closer and closer Odysseus and his men run to the corner of the cave. As the Cyclops came near he first set the goats and rams outside in the high yard and then lifting the huge door-stone to close the entrance or exit of the cave. As they stayed in that cave the Cyclopes slowly eating them one by one, tearing their limbs apart and leaving nothing behind like mountain lions. As Odysseus and what's left of his men wait and plan for the right moment. When the Cyclopes fell asleep, Odysseus and his remaining men took the hot olive stake and plunged it to the Cyclopes' eye and whirled it and make sure the Cyclopes can never see again. Odysseus had a plan to hide themselves in the goat and ram so in the morning the Cyclopes will take them out in the morning without them getting hurt or killed.

WOW!! YEAH XD  my 1st  topic blog :D well about the story of Odysseus and Polyphemus it me realize that no matter how big or strong you are you still have a weakness.

I also learned that even though if people are afraid of you, there are still people that will be friends with you though they can stab your back or in this situation your eye :)) la lang XD
